2. Screening and Evaluation  

We then screen and evaluate your skills and experience against the key criteria of open positions to see if they match. If they do, we’ll be in touch.

 

3. Phone Screen

We sometimes start with a phone screen to assess your skills and past work accomplishments. This is also your opportunity to find out more about us. 

 

4. Personal Interview

The top few candidates are invited on-site for an interview with the hiring manager, Human Resources and other team members.  This is your opportunity to get a more in-depth understanding of our unique culture, mission, values, and work expectations. We believe two-way communication is critical, so we welcome lots of questions from you.

 

5. Job Offer

If selected for the position, you will be sent an offer letter.  If you are not selected, we will contact you via email to let you know. We will, however, retain your application for future similar roles.
